The hotel had very mixed feelings! The rooms, although a bit warm from the hard-working staff, were tired and needed refurbishing. However, they are ideal for conference organizers and their team to stay on-site. The service, from the gate watchmen to the cheerful staff, including waiters and chefs during breakfast, was exceptional. The location is quiet and safe, with great access to nearby vegetarian restaurants and malls. Dining, featuring the Royal Kitchen and fresh fruit options, was delightful. The facilities offered were basic but functional.

The hotel was really comfortable and quiet, always clean, with good projector working facilities, and extremely friendly staff, especially Elijah. Perfect for conference organizers and staff to be onsite. However, the dining options were limited, and the Wi-Fi had to be paid for separately.
